Thank you for shopping with AURA. We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only.

Order processing

Please allow up to 5 business days after payment confirmation for us to process your order and hand it to the carrier. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Estimated transit time

After dispatch, delivery within the United States is estimated to take approximately 20 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Including processing, delivery may take approximately 25 business days from the date you place your order. Carrier delays, destination, weather, and other factors may affect delivery.

Shipping rates

Standard U.S. shipping is US$9.90 for an order containing one item. Orders containing two or more items in the same order qualify for free standard U.S. shipping, applied automatically at checkout. Your final shipping charge is shown before payment.

Tracking information

Once your order has shipped, we will email you the available tracking information. Carrier tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
