How to measure your best-fitting shorts

| A · Waist width | One side of the waistband to the other without stretching it. |
| B · Hip width | Straight across at the widest point below the waistband. |
| C · Front rise | Top of the front waistband to the crotch seam. |
| D · Outseam | Top of the waistband to the bottom hem along the outside leg. |
Double a flat waist or hip width only when comparing it with a full circumference. Do not stretch elastic unless the table says “stretched.” 1 in = 2.54 cm.
